Keep an eye on your email! We do send important information to the email you used to register for our fair.
Also, later this year, we will send an email giving last year's vendors an opportunity to register early for next year's fair.

Social Media
Be sure your business Facebook link is correct and your product photos are clear and up-to-date in Convention Force. We will use the photos in social media posts and will tag you when we do!
For social media posts, we cannot possibly highlight every single vendor but we try to include as many of you as possible.

Please include photos of your best items with your application. Those are the photos we use for social media. We don't have time to dig through your social media or website hunting for something to use so be sure your best photos are saved in Convention Force. It allows you to add as many photos as you want.

The best photos are clear and close up. We prefer to use the photos of single items or a group of 3-5 products. Watch our social media posts and you'll get an idea of what we need.

We don't use general photos of your booth on our social media pages (Though you should still include one with your application).

It's also hard to see your products when you send photos of your entire table or photos of big groups of items displayed on shelves. We likely wouldn't use these photos either.

You wouldn't believe how many businesses have the same name on Facebook and Instagram. Please provide a link to your social media pages in your application. Again, we can't possibly hunt everyone down. Just go to your facebook page and copy the link in the web browser above.

Facebook won't allow us to tag you unless we are following you, so you'll gain a follow and possibly some social media promotion too!
