  • No Liability for Third Parties: We are not responsible for the performance, security, or technical issues of these third-party platforms.

  • Refund Policy: All donations are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

 

3. Intellectual Property

As indicated in photo credits, we have the exclusive right to use photos owned by others that are protected by copyright laws. You may NOT print or copy those images without the exclusive written permission of the owner stated in the photo credits.

 

All content on this website—including logos, text, and images without photo credits—is the property of Friends of Falls Park Inc and is protected by copyright laws. You may view and print copies for personal, non-commercial use only.
