Heritage Fair

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor.
Fall Creek Heritage Fair is primarily a handmade arts and crafts fair in Pendleton, Indiana. All vendors must commit to both fair days, Sept. 10 & 11, 2027. The fair is open from 10am-6pm both days.
Our fair is always the weekend after Labor Day.
We do limit the number of vendors who sell the same or similar items. The earlier you apply, the better chance you will have. We do give last year's vendors an opportunity to register early.

Booth prices for the 2027 Fall Creek Heritage Fair are as follows:

General Vendor $145

There is no large tent vendor spaces in 2027. Though the large shelter house will be available again for $145.

ALL invoices have a 4.3% processing fee added.

Application
Please note that we only accept registration/applications via Convention Force. Beware of scammers! We do NOT take registration via email, phone, or Google Forms. We also do NOT accept PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or other forms of payment outside of the Convention Force vendor portal.
You must create an account (or sign in if you already have one) in the Convention Force vendor portal to begin the application.
Vendor Expectations
The Fall Creek Heritage Fair is committed to providing a positive, organized, and enjoyable experience for our vendors, visitors, and volunteers. To ensure a successful event for everyone, all vendors are expected to follow fair policies and instructions provided by event organizers.
This includes adhering to assigned setup and exit procedures, remaining open for the duration fo the fair, arriving as scheduled, treating fellow vendors, visitors, and voluteers respectfully, and following all event rules.
Failure to comply with vendor policies may result in consequences, including restrictions on participation in future fairs. Serious or repeated violations may result in denial of future participation.
We take these matters seriously and appreciate the cooperation of our vendors in helping make the Fall Creek Heritage Fair a successful event for everyone.
