Thank you for your interest in being a vendor.

 

Fall Creek Heritage Fair is primarily a handmade arts and crafts fair in Pendleton, Indiana. All vendors must commit to both fair days, Sept. 11 & 12. The fair is open from 10am-6pm both days.

 

We do have a need for food and beverage vendors.  We also have a few unique boutique and packaged food (baked goods, candies, jams, etc.) vendors, but are not looking to add vendors in those areas for the 2026 fair.

Pricing

 

Booth prices for the 2026 Fall Creek Heritage Fair are as follows:

 

  • General Vendor  $145

  • Shelter House  $145 (Great NEW spaces for 2026 inside our shelter house where you can still set up a tent if you want.)

  • General Vendor inside fair tent (returning vendors only) $245

  • Food/Beverage Vendor $170

  • Add-On Electricity $25

 

ALL invoices have a 4.3% processing fee added.

Registration Dates 2026

 

  • April 1-10: Registration will be open for returning vendors only, to claim their booth from last year.

  • April 11-14: We will work with returning vendors who want to move locations or add additional booth spaces.

  • April 15: We will begin to accept new vendor applications. There is a two step process for new vendors. 

    • You must first apply and wait for an email confirming you have been accepted. 

    • You will then be directed to go back in, choose your booth, and pay within 3 days.

  • May 31: Registration for the 2026 Heritage Fair will close, or when all booths are taken, whichever comes first.

  • Sept 11 & 12: Fair booths will be open 10am-6pm both days.

Application

 

Please note that we only accept registration/applications via Convention Force. Beware of scammers! We do NOT take registration via email, phone, or Google Forms. We also do NOT accept PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or other forms of payment outside of the Convention Force vendor portal.

You must create an account (or sign in if you already have one) in the Convention Force vendor portal to begin the application.
